Trench surely they could write up in the contract so they are not held to whatever is mined p/a is MGS I would think that fixed 5Mt pa for the first year with possible upgrade to 10Mt pa should both parties agree after the first year. this then would give them some early cash flow. Should the rail be opened to third parties so they (UMC) could send the other 5Mt or more to port on thier own trains...
They have the quality with a good quantity IMO i think UMC have more bargaining powers than all the others.
