Perhaps you should make some enquiries with the company you're invested in.

Let's focus on the capital raising of 6 cents per share whilst the share price is at 5.7 cents and looks to go much lower next week.

Has any explanation been made by the company as to what occurs if this capital raising is unsuccessful and also, why was the offer not underwritten? - Was there no confidence from any parties to do so?

Some tell me that it is unlikely that Altura will last very long post a failed capital raising, and I am wondering if they get past Q1 next year.
