I wonder......
I wonder if this is one big play to force the hand of the QLD govt to approve NAIF. Now AUZ can go to them and say " look at what's happened because you failed to step up and assist" ... because if SKi truely have walked, the QLD govt have a lot to answer for!
I also wonder if this is a play made via mutual agreement of both SK and AUZ...As we know SK like local governments to provide assistance before fully commuting.
I may be clutching at straws, but I'm also finding it unbelievably difficult to understand how this could go so far, just for it to fall down now.
the fact SK had finalised DD, essentially signed the contract, and "all" they had to do was pay for a pre shipment in order to finalise this deal - it doesn't add up to me that NOW was the time to default on the contract.
