I am referring to the 43 page document I received in the mail today (I live in Perth so maybe I got it before those outside WA. There HQ are in Perth) The document is titled "Notice of Annual General Meeting".

Yes they should have made an announcement prior to mailing document.
Perhaps they were embarrased. They should be! Yes neg, I agree. This is a bloody disgrace. I hope they withdraw it and shareholders reject it en masse. Check your mail box on Monday. Even advising shareholders has been mishandled. Why do I have this price sensitive document and it appears others dont? And no announcement!!! Perhaps they need a wake up call from ASIC.
