That's right, of the $21.5 million being raised a vast majority will be put towards general working capital for administration, directors fees and travel etc leaving only $4.6 million for anything else.
I dunno, that doesn't sit right with me whatsoever and gives me a feeling of poor financial management.
You'd probably be better off taking your money out the bank and burning it yourself.
Because in the offer it doesn't indicate anything will change or improve the investment.
