MS has already mentioned that when the merger/clawback is completed, current existing CVI shareholders will only make up 12% of the merged entity, with 88% being owned by Angolans.
SO, if the merged entity can achieve a market cap of around $2-3billion (with all the offshore + onshore + refinery + Fortitude + cash etc), then we own 12% of that which is between $240mil to $360mil.
$240m / 550m shares = 0.43c
or $360m / 550m shares = 0.65c
Thats a decent return for us imo.
