The issue there Mick is that in the offer the debt would need to be taken into consideration because it doesn't just evaporate.
And on your point of a buy in, what value should be applied to the asset?
I am guessing that the lenders may not be cool with a drop of ownership without that same apportionment being reduced on the loan.
