It does NOT decree $17 million is intended to be spent on directors and ASX fees along with lawyers, travel and accounting,
It just said those things are INCLUDED under the banner of general working capital.

Only someone who honestly believes there is a sinister motive behind this cap raising (or who is looking for points to heckle) would think it is anything more than a disclaimer.
Management’s outstanding work to date plus its previous solid financial support of the company implies to me there is NOTHING sinister in its motives.
