Ok Mick, so you say that a take over close to $400 million would work.
I say in return, that if I am weighing a take over price at $400 million I am needing to include the debt of $190 million to be paid out which leaves $210 million for the share holders or say if the raising goes through at 100% the total number of shares in market would be 2,683,225,968
$210 million / 2,683,225,968 = 7.8 cents per share.
If I was looking at this scrip for scrip there is still that whopping big debt that is impossible to ignore.
Plus, I am sure most companies that might consider acquiring this company are probably doing the numbers in more depth and waiting for a fire sale after the keeping the lights on sale is unsuccessful.
But, one thing I do like is your hope that the company makes some serious debt management plans beyond discussing refinancing and extinguishes some of that burden.
