For those thinking of voting no...
How do you think it will all pan out if a NO vote gets up?
We all need to remember. The performance shares especially those that are linked to a share price target will not get paid out unless we hit that target. If the board manage to achieve it then we ALL win.
I will personally be voting YES for my holdings.
