Regal funds management/Phil King sounds like the right sort of investor you want backing your company. Very interested to know how they convinced them. Hopefully it wasnt just through a significant discount to price. You know the raising is going to be at a healthy discount because there not in a strong position but hopefully we are talking 15-20% and not 30-40%. I.e 40c placement I think is best outcome, 30c would be disappointing. Certainly going to create more resentful retail investor/holder sentiment.
