Currently the biggest issue for supply is the price. Most big projects using 250c/lb without gold credits I’m sure will look ordinary to investors who will not see full production for 4-6 years. The longer these poor prices hold the less likely the industry can respond to the expected higher EV related growth in early to mid 2020s.
