Lapdog, the Olympics are a distraction, and hopefully in a weeek or so when factories start up again things will change in China.
But I must say I am somewhat suprised by today's selloff. I would have expected the SP to hold steady, perhaps a modest rise...
Anyway, I am day trading JB HIFi at the moment, a massive record profit jump (in percentage terms) and the price has spiked.
Interestingly, while BHP is trading at a PE of 12, JBH is at 20. So the market can be forgiving when it wants to be.
