I've a friend just called in on his way back to Dubai. He has a million dollar debt on an apartment there and he says in the last couple of months it's gone up in value 300k. Now I ask, how can anyone forecast the future; they can't. They can read the signs, work out the graphs, add up the pluses and minuses but when it boils down - no one knows. Life is an unpredictable state and you can't stand still in this world and mark time, that's not viable, you have to weigh anchor, let loose the sails, and steer the course.
