There is a couple of EPA reviews/approvals going on. But the magnatite approval I thought was due end of third 1/4 this year. As they plan the first production of magnetite concentrate and blast furnace grade pellets is scheduled to commence from the second half of 2010,they really need to get a wriggle on.


Magnetite Phase
The Public Environmental Review document for the Karara magnetite phase has been lodged and the Company is working closely with Government agencies to ensure the timely delivery of the approvals for Karara, which remains on track for initial production of magnetite concentrate in 2010.

Hematite Phase
The Public Environmental Review period for the hematite phase of Karara is nearing completion with the final submission of the public environmental review being made to the environmental protection agency in July 2008,

They plan on shipping hematite in 2009 so again they need to get things going soon,but you know how slow the EPA moves.

Does anybody else have a more finite time frame for the EPA announcements?
