The independent report has set out the inherent value of the plant ............which more than justifies the acquisition.

The report also refers to the work that has to be done, but can only be done once the transaction is completed.

The company has clearly got its own internal reports and detailed project management has been prepared.

In addition, the Company has a highly experienced team to implement............ Tom Durr's Project Management capabilities are massive and he has overseen major projects worldwide. Jo Katembo similarly has been involved in numerous cobalt and copper plants in DRC.

WFE also has a tremendously skilled workforce and service industry in-country that have been involved in cobalt and copper plants for over 100 years.

IMO, it is very condescending of you to suggest that resources are not immediately at hand in DRC to complete the plant upgrades and recommence processing operations.
