The current raise is obviously pre consolidation. They either issue 86m shares at 2.9c with the sp at 3c, or 8.6m at 29c with the sp at 30c.
This wouldnt be proposed without the backing of major shareholders. Its a done deal, and will get up ino.
Lets hope they try and clean up the untradeable parcels in the process.
