What about this cap raise made you want to buy in monark??

I am not a holder and (as I said earlier today) was looking for an entry point. But now... there are some questions that need answering..

From my understanding of the deal with arena, hazer also need offtakes secured, why wouldn’t the offtakes be secured first, raising the sp and making the cap raise more lucrative.

From all mouths (Andrew Cornegio, Andrew Harris, Geoff Ward) FBR’s love to be upscaled. Anyone that knows about an FBR will tell you, that they work better the larger they get. I am sure there is a sweet spot, but with so many companies looking for opportunities like hazer, companies with very deep pockets where a commercial plant for them would be chump change, (35 mil from memory) then where are the partnerships, or the royalty agreements..

Does this all go back to the conversation I had with Geoff Ward, where he told me just over 12 months ago that partnership and royalty agreements were too hard??? And that hazer wanted to go it alone.. If that is the case, and the CDP gets built and they make hydrogen for the 3 years, what then?? Who are they demonstrating this technology to if they can’t sell it now with a fully operational Pilot plant?

Something doesn’t add up.. with all the interest in the sector, why why why aren’t there deals on the table by now, especially before the cap raise..

So confusing..
