    It depends how they do it - in many cases the same shares are traded but on a different market - with individuals or organisations often buying on one market and transferring to the other (eg PDN - aus and (I think) canada and singapore, BHP - multiple markets, ARU - aus & germany, AZS - Aus and canada (?toronto)).

    I can't think of any where the shares are actually separate issues that can only trade in one location myself but I'm sure they exist.

    It would be crazy to dilute just to have US shareholders on the books when there are probably lots holding shares through the ASX anyway - they don't need the money and will soon be cashflow positive so any dilution would certainly be strongly opposed by me - especially at these crazy low prices - they should rather be considering a buyback once oil money starts flowing!
