BNB could be taken over but I wouldn't be holding my breath for a significant premium. The greatest risk to a takeover of BNB by MQG would seem to be the dissent by it's own investors and the subsequent sp hit the MQG Group would undoubtably take by taking on such a burden in these uncertain financial times.
Thoughts anyone?
