I just repeat their name, tell them I have been * waiting for their * call for * ages and ask why didn't they * call me * back when they were ** supposed to?
I add some colourful language to replace the '*'s, tell them I have a crew of * too * well * paid * tradesmen here * waiting for the roofing * iron/cement/pipes/timber/stripper they ** promised me last * week and that I'm * * sending them the **bill for these **blokes * wages.
When I politely ask the address to send the invoice to they have always hung up. Go figure?
