To me, it looks like its over, but SKI could still be playing chicken - long game of pushing AUZ to the brink before going for the kill. That game, of course, would depend on their perception of whether or not others would come in to fill the void left by their departure. My guess is, if they are playing the chicken game, that they believe there are no others. Otherwise they would not have terminated.
