I'm always polite to people from 3rd world countries trying to make a $1. Those who are rude should not be surprised when they are on the plane to their much waited holiday in some paradise that they are blown out of the sky by a bomb planted by some upset person who has been insulted on the phone. Insulting call centre people only makes it easier for extremist groups to recruit new members as they do not have to train them to hate...you have done it already.
