The LGC V SK battle should not be underestimated as highly significant at this time. LG are going for hundreds of millions; that’s not 1.5 billion or 5 billion or 10, its in the hundreds of billions of dollars in potentially lost revenue due the claim that SK have stolen their intellectual property in the researching and development of cells. It’s heavy stuff, it’s going to take its toll on the coffers of whoever loses this.

I’ve stated before that there is a world wide game of musical chairs going on at the minute with regards to the battery metals sector and many games are being played by the powers that be. The LGC V SK is one of those games.

I believe this battle will in time prove to be one of the defining factors in the AUZ - SKi deal being terminated and I’d think the termination will be beneficial long term.

All in my poorly researched and unfounded opinion.
