Had to laugh at p.16 again.
In the table at the top it says 10% voting dilution. As if our votes make any difference. Been to enough AGM,s to know Directors get what they want. They control the large key holders.
So instead of using a lame term like "10% voting dilution", call it what it is:
The price of your shares will drop 10%.
Am I right?? I hope you can tell me I've got it wrong.
