I don't know what WBC's stake in Zip is worth but I would not be surprised at it all if there was a full or partial sell-down. WBC just raised money and by most analysts' account is by no means out of the woods yet, so it may need to explore other ways to shore up it's capital position. Having just raised equity I doubt they will do that again, but other options could well be on the table. The only problem might be finding enough buyers that are willing to soak up the selling.
Not saying it will happen but wouldn't be surprised either to wake up and see the headlines one morning.
