I typically vote against management remuneration as a matter of principle when they can't be bothered to answer my simple and reasonable questions. Part of being a listed company is engaging and responding to reasonable investor queries. This was a secondary reason for my voting this year. The primary reason was their poor financial performance. (The problem is I hold so few shares that they don't care. But I'm doing my part even if noone else does.)
