Re: Capital Gains - one thing I'd like clarified, I'm not sure if it's been discussed/covered here.

When Sinopec paid $600 mill, how much of that amount is attributable to the lease specifically.

In other words could it be that AED has sold a lease plus a developed field plus plant and equipment etc.. so the lease per se may be only be valued at $200 mill.

so the capital gain may only be limited to $200 - as it may not be just a simple/clearcut case of a lease being sold to Sinopec.
