100% correct imo.... For this reason they will not mind lots of shares on issue, a retreating SP... But given they are major shareholders... They will be wanting to clean up on divvies.
They have a group of trusted investors who will back them based on faith from previous honest dealings.
Traders can burn, short term flippers can miss out.. gosh i love management... Stay the distance or sell if you cannot trust in management... That is how one gets rewarded on these few and far between geniune plays.
Just that one bad raise letting the pigs in other than that.. flawless management and decision making.
