I just hope they're thinking of getting into bed with someone other than CBH...got a bad taste in their mouths.
As for the recent good news; rather than be a precurser to more bad news, I tend to think its to cast a more positive light over PEM.
To remind shareholders of how good their company is and/or to add weight to whatever deal they may be trying to get over the line.
