I tried averaging down during tech wreck, well you know where that got me, a lot of co's. gone bust and lost the lot. I have not ever been successful at averaging down. I suspect this could be mothballed due to lack of capital or interest, world too pre-occupied to worry about where the next stage or power coming from. Even a t/o is unlikely regardless of the value of the resource. If I'd ask myself would I hand over any more money to them - I think you would all give the same answer, $$ just too hard to come by to squander it.
