Sorry, but you're incorrect there. It went from a previous all time high of $13.60 around Feb 2018 to a low of ~$8ish late last year, a large part of which was on the rumour that there was a reason the CEO sold her shares. The rumours proved unsubstantiated which is why a new ATH was reached around $17.
