Perhaps...they dont talk of interest from another party! Something of concern in due diligence could be the issue...just goes to show you the sharemarket will always surprise.....in the last decade i have made a habit of rarely selling during takeovers, because u can often get a better offer...rarely do they fall over, if a reputable acquirer .... unless market crashes they may resort to a get out clause .
Sold half of these out of super..but held super ones .
