Just want to let everyone know that Tim Wildash responded to my letter ( 48 hour turn around ) re the problem ATM's I mentioned. He said he knows the ATM's well and advised there had been significant problem but thinks that they are ok now.

I was very impressed I got such a rapid response, let alone a response ! He also mentioned they are running lean and mean going in Direct Charging on March the 3rd. This guy is cutting all the fat from the business and turning it into a cash cow !!
