Great news, getting out of that basket case country. The reverse apartheid at work in SA will make sure of the royalties are manipulated. Best news for S32, agree that new acquisitions are needed. I think with their mining expertise they should try for Cobalt/Nickel (AUZ) or go for an integration of Lithium (LTR) and (LPD). Perhaps even Rare Earth (ALK).
