Very true M_Irish - the NSW labour governemnt is a mates club. It only takes some simple maths to work this one out...

Total Expenditure by PTTC for TCARD = 90+ mill
Total Payments to ERG = 6mill

Total Payments to Mates Club = 90 - 6 = 84 mill

Since ERG didnt see any of this money spent you have to wonder where it went...

The question is can ERG prove/demonstrate this corruption/lack of willingness/deliberate sabotage by PTTC in a court of law?

Also, does the corruption of the government line the pockets of the very judges who preside these cases?

That said, as good as ERG's ticketing systems may be, their public relations management is woeful and not proactive enough. I have spoken to Glen Smith (ERG) a few times and I dont get the vibe that they are on the front foot. Recent successes should have been in the press to throw it back in NSW face and alter public perception.
