You inaccurately attacked Cuthbertson over the terms of the loan and yet was was completely silent on explaining that the 200K loan from Cuthbertson kept the Co. fluid and was the mechanism for KPMG to sign off on the accounts. Do you wish to expand on this? Like i said, Management has been highly deficient and some are not as astute as they think they are; but this needs to be a fair discussion re moving the Co. forward. You have been completely silent in no names being put forward as potential additions to the Board, no details of business acumen, just a blind request to spill the Board and see where the cards fall. Yet you have the audacity to allege that i have an agenda. Before we make any rash decisions, i would prefer to wait to see what result transpires from the Newcastle testing work. Any sign of validation of the APG steel waste process will see the stock re rated. There is plenty of time to yet tick a box on the proxy form.
