at these prices if consolidation happens, wouldnt ALL the investors lose money including Poli, as his 80mill shares is based on current allocation? so why would he agree to consolidation?? unless he has other investors lined up already AFTER consolidation to buy up those shares

looking at charts previous cap raisings @10-20c and now were at the lowest levels ever

what about the other dude who has bout like 42 mill for 18c a couple of years ago, hes still holding on, im surprise he has no say, cos he would be losing a crap load
where his initial investment post consolidation would prbably be worth a tenth of the value

so anyway, why consolidate 250+ mill shares is very reasonable for a spec company anyway
