Something amiss here. There was such strong demand for the placement at 44 cents, management decided to issue an additional 20% (interestingly the exact amount offered to other holders). And now there is not even enough demand to keep the share price above 44 cents. How can that be? Perhaps management should have not given that extra 20% to instos and instead told them to buy on market. Now we have those same instos who could not get enough at 44 cents, dumping on market below 44 cents. Are management complicit in this blatant manipulation?
