My understanding is brain cancer is the toughest and hardest to treat of them all due to things like the BBB. IF it eventuates that GDC-0084 just improves survivability by say even 6 month to 12 months then that is still a step forward from what is offered now. Even just to slow down the progression translates into hope where there is little. I don't see the negatives in that @qqqqqqqqq and as a drug developer thats the bar that is set by the FDA.
