    From the Brisbane presentation 17/10/2019 DGR Global has 19% and Management 2% of shares
    Therefore the SPP will not be a $5000 / $10000 etc for share holders but a pro rata 1:5 held or similar offer. That is unless management and the largest share holder want to take a haircut.
