    Ota, I must disagree with your voting recommendations. Given the election of Rose to the board, there is now no reason not to vote both PMM suggested directors on.

    A board of 5 with two FAS, two PMM, and Rose who may be FAS aligned is a fair one. Having only one PMM director on board would be folly at this stage.

    I would vote with PMM on all counts and send your proxy directly to them.
