    I have now written to the ASX asking for them to intervene in the matter, requesting that the AGM must be held at least 1 week after the terms of this refinancing are revealed so that we as shareholders are making an informed decision based on facts not hypothetical pricing etc

    Or resolutions that turn out to be totally detrimental to exist shareholders of the company
