two months without a peep

These jokers used to put out announcements about what they were up to with considerable frequency. For two months now, not a peep.
The June distribution is scheduled to be actually paid next Friday. What are the odds on the ship sinking before then ? If I was a banker, I would rather that money be still in the accounts when I send in the repo men.
