is not correct. If you give your directed or open proxy to any person it still has to be submitted to the GGY office at the latest 48 hours before the meeting (or it will not count). The Chairman will know what the votes are if you are giving a directed proxy.

The vote will most probably be initially on a show of hands. You will need 5 shareholders or 5% of the shares to call for a poll.
