loan should all come out in the wash when net tangible assets is calculated.. and be deducted in this calculation.. imo

There are many reasons for selling a business an i can tell you a GOOD reason would be GETTING PAID A STUPIDLY HIGH PRICE FOR YOUR BUSINESS !!

That's right STUPID.. based on what we have seen.. lets see what 2019 accounts bring ... i don't suspect we will see i 100% increase in profits do you? that said .. 85mil waaaay too much..
