acl's drug & Arixtra are not really fully synthetic heparins, they are a fully synthetic part of heparin (the good & effective parts). That is why it is safer and more effective than heparin.

It's a big like heparin is a whole bar of chocolate (including the paper & foil).
Lovenox, is a version without the paper.
Arixtra is a version without the paper & the foil, hence - it's just the smooth dark rich chocolate.....
