The way BNB is going it will be interesting if any clauses in the contract will allow BBP to cancel the agreement. If there is a chance then the current Directors have to take this option or they would become liable for lawsuits. Another way is that BNB is a last resort lender to BBP etc so if they ask for funds now and the answer is No then surely the agreement is terminated
