the way it was explained to me is that SXE-RLE bid was the “preferred” (#1, favourite, etc) bid, now there is an in depth review of the bid (60-90 days), yes nil consideration means exactly that, as far as I know this was government land, obviously going forward whoever is awarded the acreage is responsible for the bills.
i may be way off on the acreage part, please correct me
if I am, whoever the first part on the bid is correct.
