Yes,the lawsuit is worth pursuing but action should have been started 6 months ago. The wheels of government grind slowly particularly where payment for such an issue is concerned. They hope that they will wear you down and will go away. In our state, the Gov.declared a heritage area over an exploration lease.The owner had put a road in that cost millions.It took him 12 years to get compo and the action itself took over a mill in legal fees.....AND this guy had political connections.
Let's not be niave and expect that this action, although necessary and belated, is going to staunch the blood loss from a company that is exanguinating- infact its opening up another vessel.
The company is haemorrhaging.It's plain to see. It needs a change of direction and more funds that won't come until the haemorrhage is stopped. all IMO
